fixtures for a kitchen and one and a half baths (left diagrams), or
an 1188-square-foot apartment with only one bath (right
diagrams). The large units have six doors opening onto the
patio or balcony; the small units, four.
He
then could configure his apartment to have one bedroom (green), two
bedrooms (blue), or three bedrooms (yellow), in whatever arrangement
he thought best.
