	There are also windows on the concourse level.  Here we're above the loading dock, looking down on Sutherland Drive and the R parking lot, which can be entered from Darragh Street on the far side.  Cables have been run from the Petersen Center through a conduit under Sutherland Drive to the rectangular metal box which you can see just beyond the hedge to the left of the light pole. (TEXT CONTINUED BELOW) If we need to have an uplink truck transmit our signal to a satellite, the uplink would park in the R lot (maybe where the white car is parked now) and hook up its cables to the rectangular metal box. 2009 update:  I've never seen this lot used for that purpose.
